Here at Frü, we believe cooking is an art rather than a science. But, faced with the challenge of finding a match for a cheesecake this creamy and a biscuit base this buttery, we had to be practical. We tried every fruit we could until we found the blueberry, and it was lüv at first bite. These have been much trumpeted as a “süperfood” lately, but we chose them because they’re so wonderfully juicy, tart and tastebud-tingling. As we say, art not science.
